

Our Story
In 2014, after 10 years in the New Zealand Army, Cara Constable and husband Phil moved their family from Palmerston North to Taupō.
Soon thereafter, Cara decide to pursue her love of working with food and enrolled to study at Waiariki Institute of Technology (Toi Ohomai).
At the completion of her studying, Cara began baking part time in a shared kitchen and selling her hand-crafted goods at The Taupō Market every Saturday morning. During the years since then, the business has evolved into what exists today: One of Taupō's leading names in quality food, operating from Taupō's premium event venue; The Lake Taupō Yacht Club.
