Terms and Conditions

This website is owned and operated by Constables Kitchen. These terms set for the terms and conditions under which you may use a website and services as offered by us.

This website offers visitors a range of services and handmade food items. By accessing or using the website of our service you accept that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms stated here.
 

The services and all materials displayed on this website, including software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all intellectual property rights related are exclusive property of Constables Kitchen. Nothing in these terms should be deemed to create a license over any such intellectual property rights and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit or publicly display an such material.

 

Pricing. The prices we charge for using our services or our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may have inadvertently occurred. Additional information about pricing and sales for items or services not listed on the website (such as freight) is available upon request.

Deposits. Constables Kitchen reserves the right to request a non-refundable deposit of up to 50% of the total cost in order to secure a booking or order. 

Deposits are made to secure an event booking and are non refundable. - With the exception of event cancellations that are caused by Covid-19 alert level changes (up until two days prior to the event date) and result in your event not being able to go ahead.

Constables Kitchen reserves the right to withhold any portion of a deposit paid to cover any costs that are attributed to your event or booking, if the cancellation is made within two days of he event / booking date.

Payment. Constables Kitchen requires that all goods ordered are paid for upon receipt of invoice. Please let us know before your booking date if this isn't possible.

 

Payment can be made via online banking, EFTPOS/DEBIT or CREDIT card payments using our mobile eftpos terminal.

Additional credit card charges of 2.9% are added for all credit card and contactless (paywave) transactions.

 

Constables Kitchen reserves the right to charge late payment fees for any accounts that remain unpaid without prior arrangement. Late payment fees are 1% of the invoice amount, for each day the invoice remains unpaid. 


Any overdue accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency, with all legal / collection costs being added to the invoice amount and payable by the customer.

Invoicing. Constables Kitchen requires all invoices to be paid on receipt of invoice.

Overdue accounts. Constables Kitchen reserves the right to refer any outstanding or unpaid accounts to a debt collection agency. All legal or collection costs on any outstanding money or overdue accounts will be payable by the customer.

Freight. All costs relating to freight are payable by the customer. All goods delivered via third party freight carriers are subject to that freight carriers conditions of carriage. Constables Kitchen accepts no responsibility for any goods from the time of collection by the freight carrier.

Refunds. Refunds will not be paid on any goods unless it is agreed by both parties that the goods provided are of an unsatisfactory standard. Refunds will not be paid on any unreturned goods.

Warranties. Constables Kitchen offers no warranties on any goods provided.
